Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has issued the NOC to Blue World City against the Vide Letter no. RDA/MP&TF/F-PHS-PTR-10/148. Dated: 19-02-2019 In the beginning, Preliminary Planning Permission for around 427 Kanal of land was granted to the society.
Soon after this, another application was immediately registered to get the Planning and Advertising permission for 5,000 Kanal of land. This application remained under process with the RDA for months until Aug 2018. This updated permission has been granted for phase 1, covering 5000 Kanal. The NOC situation of this development project resembles very much that of Capital Smart City. It is another housing project waiting for approval of the NOC of its extension area.
